Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM)

BD Advanced Patient Monitoring is a global leader in advanced monitoring solutions that expands BD's portfolio of smart connected care solutions with its growing set of leading monitoring technologies, advanced AI-enabled clinical decision tools and robust innovation pipeline. BD Advanced Patient Monitoring's technologies are often used simultaneously with the BD Alaris™ Infusion System in the operating room or intensive care units. The combination of BD's new advanced monitoring and existing infusion platforms enables future innovation opportunities for closed-loop hemodynamic monitoring and IV fluid and medication administration by integrating combined company data sets and interoperability capabilities.

Main responsibilities will include:

Coordination of Educational Events

  • Support the planning and execution of educational events under general supervision
  • Manage grant requests and maintain accurate tracking
  • Communicate with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), ensuring full compliance with MedTech regulations, including invitations and travel arrangements
  • Administer sponsorships and related documentation
  • Oversee event logistics such as hotel bookings, coordination with service providers, and preparation of materials
  • Handle invoice processing and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure both internal and external compliance

Marketing Materials Management

  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of marketing materials
  • Ensure timely and accurate translation of materials

Contract Management

  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure all contracts meet legislative and compliance requirements

Internal Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and support internal meetings, including logistics and follow-up tasks

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed, under general supervision

About you

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • First experience confirmed in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., JDE); experience with SFDC preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Dutch , French and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to resolve complex issues
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., QlikView)
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and provide professional feedback
