This role supports the delivery of a high-quality order management service for a portfolio of Strategic Accounts across EMEA. The position focuses on accurate order processing, proactive issue resolution, and close collaboration across the business to ensure strong On-Time In-Full performance and a consistently positive customer experience. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and confirming customer orders for Strategic Accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed service levels
  • Driving allocation follow-up and preparing back-order and distribution reporting
  • Performing root cause analysis and error handling for biopharmaceutical orders
  • Managing end-to-end order follow-up for industry customers from order entry through to final delivery
  • Resolving order-related issues through close collaboration with internal teams and external customers
  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of order management systems, including Esker and SAP S/4
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities that enhance efficiency, data quality, and the overall customer experience

About you:

  • University or college background is preferred, with a stronger emphasis on potential, motivation, and learning agility than on specific degrees
  • Interest in order management, supply chain, or process-driven roles, with prior experience seen as an advantage but not a requirement
  • Confidence in learning new systems and ways of working, supported by structured on-the-job training
  • Good command of English, written and spoken; additional European languages are welcome but optional
  • Comfortable using digital tools, with any exposure to ERP or order management systems considered beneficial
  • Clear, professional communication style and a proactive, solution-focused approach

For this position, the expected base salary ranges from42,000 to 45,000 per annum. This reflects a more accurate range than the broader salary band indicated at the end of the job advertisement.
