BD Biosciences is seeking a dynamic EMEA Marketing Manager – Life Science Research to lead marketing excellence across Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a pivotal leadership role driving growth in the Research Flow Cytometry and Single-Cell Multiomics markets, shaping strategies that accelerate innovation and deliver measurable impact.

You will lead a talented team of 3 EMEA Product Managers, orchestrating go-to-market strategies, pricing and channel initiatives, and market development activities. As the EMEA Marketing Manager – Life Science Research you will lead marketing strategy across Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust marketing plans to achieve financial and growth targets.

  • Innovation & Launch Excellence: Drive successful commercialization of new products, ensuring impactful launches and adoption.

  • Market Insights: Harness analytics and customer research to inform decisions and shape product development.

  • Performance Optimization: Improve profitability through smart pricing, channel strategies, and resource allocation.

  • Communication & Engagement: Align marketing communications with country organizations and the EMEA Omnichannel Team.

  • Talent Development: Recruit, inspire, and grow marketing talent to strengthen BD’s leadership bench.

  • Global Collaboration: Represent EMEA within the Global Research Platform team and external forums.

  • Strategic Innovation: Contribute proactively to market-shaping initiatives and long-term growth strategies.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership within life sciences, biotechnology, or related fields.

  • Strong track record in product launches, commercialization, and market development.

  • Deep understanding of Flow Cytometry, Single-Cell Multiomics, or advanced research technologies.

  • Exceptional ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

  • Inspirational leadership style with experience managing and developing teams.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across global and regional stakeholders.

Compensation range for the role: from 160kCHF to 205kCHF
