Job Description Summary

We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Growth & Field Marketing Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable demand, revenue growth, and customer retention by optimizing the entire customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with business managers, the EMEA omnichannel team, local product managers, GCS teams, and customers to develop market-driven strategies that fuel growth and elevate customer satisfaction.

Growth & Field Marketing Manager – EMEA Pharmacy Automation Retail 

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion & Strategy Development
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, craft growth strategies, and execute targeted tactics across diverse segments.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation
    Gather and analyze direct customer feedback to refine marketing approaches, tools, and engagement models.
  • Digital & AI-Driven Transformation
    Champion scalable digital and AI-powered initiatives to elevate the commercial and marketing organization’s performance.
  • Performance Optimization
    Define and track relevant KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement of funnel management in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Customer Advocacy & Retention
    Design and implement ambassador programs and retention strategies that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Enablement & Training
    Develop impactful materials and training programs to empower the commercial organization.
  • Team Leadership
    Lead a team of 5, including 1 direct report and 4 indirect reports, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within retail, technology, luxury, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Proven strategic mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration and networking skills.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the EMEA region.
