The Clinical Solutions Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the customer solution strategy for Vascular Access Management (VAM) and the associated technology platform. This role will focus on upstream marketing activities including product roadmap development, business model innovation (e.g., SaaS, new contracting models), as well as downstream customer nurturing and development. The role supports the broader Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) portfolio and collaborates with senior product managers to achieve key marketing functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead upstream marketing efforts for the VAM solution, including product development strategy, roadmap evolution, and market opportunity assessments.
Explore and test innovative business models such asSoftware as a Service (SaaS) and alternative contracting strategies.
Support the execution of marketing plans for customer solutions and supporting tactics of overall MDS marketing plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product and solution strategy.
Assist in the development and management VAM digital footprint inclusive of omnichannel campaigns and website.
Support commercial execution including customer training, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
Create a customer nurturing strategy to build strong VAM champions, drive customer testimonials, evidence, generation and ambassador program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Healthcare, Technology or related field preferred).
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience required within the technology or medical device field preferred
Strong foundational knowledge of marketing principles including upstream marketing and product lifecycle management required
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders required
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills required
Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing and/or software-based solutions preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
Experience with product commercialization and go-to-market strategies for digital health or SaaS offerings preferred
Demonstrated understanding of clinical and economic drivers in hospital purchasing decisions preferred
