Job Description Summary

The Governance & Planning Senior Analyst is a key member of the Digital Transformation Literacy and Strategy team. This role involves overseeing and managing the digital transformation portfolio and governance processes, ensuring that all initiatives align with TGS operating systems, frameworks, and compliance. Additionally, it includes coordinating across TGS to oversee the delivery of Digital Transformation products. The responsibilities also include promoting the value of Digital Transformation efforts and reporting on value relative to desired business outcomes and against OKRs and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of governance frameworks, and the ability to drive change across the organization.

Job Overview:

The Digital Excellence Technical Product Manager plays a critical role in enabling and scaling digital ways of working across the organization. This position serves as a central point of coordination for digital demand intake, triage, prioritization, and fulfillment across the digital product lifecycle. Operating at the intersection of product management, project delivery, and digital transformation, the role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and transformation leaders to ensure work is delivered efficiently, transparently, and aligned to strategic priorities. This role requires a strong agile and product-first mindset, technical acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across a diverse digital portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Intake, Triage, and Fulfillment

  • Own and manage the end-to-end digital intake and triage process, ensuring requests are appropriately evaluated, prioritized, routed, and tracked across the organization.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for digital demand, helping stakeholders understand available capabilities, delivery models, and next steps.

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure work moves efficiently from intake through discovery, build, launch, and continuous improvement.

  • Balance strategic initiatives with operational demand while maintaining transparency and governance across the digital portfolio.

Technical Product & Delivery Management

  • Serve as a Technical Product Manager for assigned digital capabilities, platforms, or initiatives.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and delivery plans aligned with organizational standards.

  • Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology and architecture.

  • Combine project management discipline with agile product thinking to drive predictable outcomes while enabling adaptability.

Digital Transformation Enablement

  • Act as a connector across digital transformation initiatives, helping align efforts across teams and avoid duplication or fragmentation.

  • Educate stakeholders on modern digital practices, tools, and capabilities, reinforcing a product-first and agile approach.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize or automate ways of working and recommend improvements that enhance speed, quality, and value delivery.

Ways of Working & Agile Enablement

  • Continuously evolve and improve digital ways of working, promoting agile, lean, and product-oriented practices.

  • Champion experimentation, iterative delivery, and continuous learning across the digital portfolio.

  • Support adoption and effective use of tools such as Monday.com for intake management, portfolio visibility, and delivery tracking.

  • Establish lightweight governance frameworks that enable flexibility while maintaining accountability.

Stakeholder & Portfolio Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, and transformation stakeholders.

  • Provide clear communication, status updates, and insights into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Support portfolio-level reporting and prioritization, ensuring leadership has visibility into digital work and capacity.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information System, Digital, Business, or related field.

  • 5 to 7 year’s experience in technical product management, project management, digital delivery, or transformation roles

  • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycles, from intake through delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience working in agile or hybrid agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

  • Experience navigating and influencing complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skill/Experience

  • Experience working in an enterprise environment.
