Key Responsibilities:

TheFinance Senior Manager,GBS FP&AGlobal Functionsrole partners closely with senior leadershipof functions in scopeto deliver financial insights and recommendations that enable informeddecisionmakingand effective execution of strategic priorities.

• Act as the primary finance partner to global functional leaders, providing proactive financialinsightand recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Align with senior cross-functional leaders for effective investment,prioritizationand risk management strategies.

• Influence senior stakeholders by clearly articulating financial implications of business initiatives, trade-offs, and investment choices.

• Responsiblefor reporting and analysis of Global budgets/results for functions within scope. Support,monitorand report relevant global functional metrics/results (e.g., headcount, regional budgets/results, vendor spend) 

• Ownconsolidatedglobal financial outlooks, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignmentacross regions and cost centers.

• Collaboratecrossfunctionallyand across regions to support global functions, ensuringalignment and transparency.

• Lead global financial planning activities, including ASR, budget, forecast, and capital expenditure processes, while supporting the forecasting, tracking, and reporting of special projects andinvestmentsas necessary.

• Manage the financial models and analyses development in support of global functional leadership, cost centerownersand regional financial leadership

• Champion best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the global finance organization.

• Coach and mentor finance analysts or managers, fostering strong business partnering and analytical capabilities.  

In addition, this role will supportContinuous improvement management& Transformationplanning to improve core processes

• Identifies opportunities to standardize and improve operational processes.Provide relevant input into tech & process standardization roadmap and requirements. 

•  Partner with global process teams to implement process improvements. Serve as champion and strategic advisory toglobal process teamson opportunity identification, design, and issue resolution

• Conducts ad hoc projects and unusual or complex assignments, supporting multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 6 years' experience in financial analysis supporting global or matrixed organizations
• Previous experience in a Budget Planning & Analysis function or similar finance sub-function
• Experience working at a global level
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, global environment
• Experience developing/influencing teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, BPC, SAP, JDE
• PowerPoint presentation skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive attitude with focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
