The Senior Contracts Manager provides strategic leadership in contract management by leading negotiations for high-complexity agreements—including Tier 3–5 contracts, master agreements (MSAs), and high-risk or regulated documents. This role serves as a subject matter expert on contract language, risk mitigation, and deviation control, directly negotiating red lines and collaborating closely with the Legal COE team to draft, update, and enhance contract templates and commercial playbooks in alignment with evolving legal standards and business objectives.

Within the Global Contracting Operations & Services Center, the Senior Contracts Manager develops and maintains commercial playbooks to drive category alignment and standardization, oversees key contract performance metrics such as cycle time reduction and compliance rates, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and scale contracting processes. This position is also responsible for providing day‑to‑day guidance, training, and support to Contract Specialists, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and strengthening consistent, service‑oriented contracting execution across the organization.

The Senior Contracts Manager partners with procurement and functional leadership to identify and address process bottlenecks, maintain governance over contract templates and playbooks, and ensure consistency, compliance, and operational rigor across all contracting activities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to advance the contracting function and support broader organizational objectives.

Performance is measured against agreed efficiency goals, cost savings and value targets (where applicable), contracting deliverables, and proficiency in the use of the applicable tools for the source‑to‑contract processes.

The Senior Contracts Manager may perform other duties as required and responsibilities above may be adjusted based on business needs.
