Job Description Summary
The Sr. HR Manager provides strategic HR Business Partner support to the MDS and SM ISC and Quality organizations. The incumbent executes, drives, and coordinates workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives that align with business objectives. This role partners closely with HR COEs and leadership to provide key input and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, talent agenda, optimize performance, and foster a culture of inclusion and growth based on strategic priorities. This position has key input on the design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives that contribute to organizational success. The Sr. HR Manager will interact mainly with middle management leaders and at times with senior management leaders. This position reports directly to the Director, Human Resources to the MDS and SM ISC & Quality organization.This Sr. HR Manager will lead the effort towards supporting and executing the creation of a robust and diverse talent pipeline for key roles and guide leadership in creating a high-performance culture. Leads the business leadership team discussion of HR issues. Influences and executes this team to introduce HR programs and initiatives. Collects, coordinates, analyzes and presents data and relevant information to enable the team to understand and take action regarding HR-related business needs and opportunities. In alignment with our office first culture, this role will be on site Monday through Thursday and work remote based on Fridays.

Job Responsibilities:
Acts as the trusted advisor of client leaders to support them in carrying out their business and functional plans.
Partners with business leaders to develop an HR strategy that helps drive the overall business strategy.Identifiesthe internal and external resources that are needed toaccomplishthe HR strategy and monitors progress toward its keyobjectives.
Leads the business leadershipteamdiscussion of HR issues. Influences this team to introduce HR programs and initiatives.Identifiesopportunities and problems that require decisions and approval by theteam supported.Gathers and presents the relevant information to enable theteamto understand and take action regarding HR-related business needs and opportunities.
Works with the respectiveHR &theirsupportteamstoidentify, and implementappropriate organizationalstructures, talent and capabilitiesrequiredto achieve businessobjectives.
Presents options to managers on organizational structure, roles & responsibilities, staffing levels, matrix management, etc.
Leads and supports client groups with organizational capability and capacityanalysisand strategic workforce planning, organization design, associateengagement.
Identifiesopportunities and guides leaders to fill competency gaps through talent acquisition and talent development.
Be the talent advisor,facilitatorand champion to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles
As necessary,participateson the interview team and effectively counsels hiring leaders/teams in selection process for senior roles within their organizations.
Identifiesand capitalizes on opportunities to drive &/or lead change. Facilitates change management initiatives within assigned client units incorporatinga methodologythat includes: a business case for change, identification of primary stakeholders, process mapping, communications planning, action/transition planning, visioning sessions, conflict resolution, team building, andafter-actionreview assessments.
Develops & conducts team development/team building strategies both proactively and when necessary to improve team performance.
Analyzes metrics,reportsand data. Shares relevant information with the business unit/regionteam.Determineshow this information should drive change and continuous improvement across the central teams and business units. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of human capital strategies.
Evaluates internal and external HR related tools/options for solving business problems. Provides recommendations to the business unit/centralteamsandis responsible fordeveloping important internal and external relationships.
Leads and completes special projects in support of assigned client groups byaligning onobjectives,establishingproject governance,developingand executing plans, and delivering sound proposals and outcomes.
Education and Experience
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related fieldrequired.
Advanced degree (MBA/ Masters in HR or equivalent) is a plus
8-10 years professional experience in HR, with at least 5to 7 yearsof HR generalist/business partnering experience in amid-to-largeorganization
Experience in partnering with diverse client groupsand working inHRServicedelivery model
Experience working in mid/large complex environments and matrixed organization is preferred
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge & understanding of all HR related disciplinesincludingtalent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design,etc.
Ability tointerface withvarious business clients and adeptly navigate a variety of business opportunities and challenges.Acts as a change agent.
Action oriented including the ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity
Able to navigate in a highly matrixed organization
Process thinking and ability to provide project execution leadership to HR solutions
Results drivenand ability to acclimatequickly and apply best practices in various settings.
Demonstrated flexibility in responding to business and environmental needs
Possesses key process skills such as consulting, problem-solving, diagnosis, workshop and meeting design and facilitation
Proficient in HRIS systems, including Workday, and data analytics tools.
