As a global Senior CRM Analyst, you will be a member of the cross-functional agile global CRM Product team.  You will work with business and IT teams to identify, define and document business processes and software requirements and then add them to the global CRM product backlog. You will serve as a liaison between the business and agile team, ensuring that the backlog of user stories is prioritized according to the business needs and expectations.  You will also work with business stakeholders to identify and deliver technology needs that fall outside of the global CRM Product scope.

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Specialist forCRMTechnology will act as a global functional / technical leader and subject matter expert for digital solutions that enable globalsalesprocesses. This role blends deep functionalsalesknowledge within a Medical Device organization, along with technicalexpertisein enabling platforms such asSalesForceSales Cloud. Additionally, this role will provide thought leadership and drive the use of digital (ex. GenAI,AgenticAI, Automation) capabilities to deliver innovative solutions thatoptimizecommercial operations for sales teams.

The incumbent will lead product strategies, roadmap execution, collaborate with development engineers / architects and strategic partners in the agile delivery ofCRMproductsThe incumbent should therefore have experience working in aSAFeAgile framework, technicalexpertisein core platforms noted, and experience in building data, AI and automation products leveragingDataBricks,powerBI,mulesoftand emerging GenAI /AgenticAIsolutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic understanding, both business and technology experience, exceptional relationship building skills with diverse global teams and cultures, and solution-oriented mindset. In addition, this person should alsopossessan analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes, listening, creativity, andnegotiationsskills across all organization levels. Having excellent judgment and decision-making skills and willingness to accept ownership and accountability is key.

Job Responsibilities:

Theobjectiveof this role is to actively partner with all relevantstakeholdersin TGS,commercialenablementleads, business unitsand regional users and external vendors todeliver our globalCRMroadmap and advance ourbusinessobjectives.Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Product Ownership & Strategy:Will define andmaintainthe product vision, roadmap, and backlog forCRMplatforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture.

  • Technical Expertise:Will display strong work experience in leading and delivering global platform solutions forSalesteams(e.g.SFDC Sales Cloud).

  • Data Management:Willdeploying corresponding solutions for Data Management (Reltio,DataBricks,pBI) and driving seamless data flow and integrationwithCRM.

  • Digital & AI Enablement:WillIdentify and implement opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights, automation, and advanced analytics intoSalesprocesses.

  • Agile Leadership:Servesas a product leader withinSAFeAgile teams, providing clear priorities, business context, and servant leadership to enable high-performing delivery squads.

  • Solution Design & Delivery:Willcollaboratewith technical architects and business stakeholders to design scalable, integrated solutions thatoptimizecommercial operations.Experience in development / engineering, architecture / design, and cross-product integration is essential.

  • Value Realization:WillestablishKPIs and measureCRMproducts and Digital Solutionsimpact onbusinessobjectives(e.g.revenue growth,sales funnel performance,efficiency).

  • Team Leadership:Willeffectively lead global teams, motivate and hire exceptional talent.Strong senseof personal accountability and ownership, with proven ability to create followership and build high-performing teams.  

  • Communication & Influencing:Willcommunicate complexbusiness challenges in a simplified manner; conversely, ability to communicate complex technology concepts into business language. Must be collaborativewith strongwritten and oral communications

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Will actas a trusted advisor to globalsales,commercial, and technology teams, influencing strategic decisions and driving adoption of new capabilities.

  • Continuous Improvement:WillIdentify and driveinnovation and process optimization through digital transformation initiatives(e.g.automation opportunities to improve processes).

MinimumRequirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technology leadership roles within commercial operations.

  • Proven experience withSales/ CRMplatforms (e.g.,Salesforce Sales Cloud).

  • StrongexpertiseinSAFeAgilemethodologyand leading cross-functional product teams.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience influencing strategic technology roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

PreferredKnowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced degree

  • Experience in product management or technology leadership roles within commercial operations for medicaldeviceor regulated industries

  • Strong product management and agile leadership capabilities.

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

  • Experience in stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, AI, and integration strategies.
