We’re looking for a high‑energy, commercially drivenTerritory Manager – Urology Critical Care (UCC)to join our high‑performing team inQLD.
This role is perfect for someone with an ICU, ED, Anaesthetic or Critical Care background that has transitioned in to Medical Sales or an up‑and‑coming medical device/pharma rep ready for their next step.
With exciting new products like PureWick entering the Australian market, this is a role where being proactive, confident and “hunter‑minded” will truly pay off. You’ll build new relationships, educate clinicians, and drive adoption of solutions that improve patient care and efficiency across hospitals.
Your Day-to-Day
As a Territory Manager, you’ll grow BD’s presence across QLD by combining clinical credibility with commercial drive.
Your day will include:
Building strong relationships with ICU teams, urology surgeons, nurse unit managers, procurement and infection control
Driving adoption of new products (including PureWick) by confidently engaging new customers and identifying opportunities
Achieving sales targets across the Urology Critical Care portfolio
Managing a strategic territory plan with clear goals and prioritised actions
Maintaining accurate CRM data
Identifying product, competitive and clinical trends to inform strategy
Partnering closely with Clinical Specialists to support product trials, education programs and implementations
Attending conferences, workshops and industry events to build your network
Continuously developing your technical expertise in Urology and Critical Care
This is a role where you’ll spend most of your timeout in the field, creating momentum, building trust and driving new business.
About You
You’re driven, curious and thrive on creating opportunities - not waiting for them. You enjoy clinical conversations as much as commercial ones, and you’re motivated by making a meaningful impact in patient care.
You’ll bring:
Proven sales experience inmedical devices or pharmaceuticals
Clinical experience as an ICU, ED, Anaesthetic or Critical Care Nurse/Tech is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Confidence initiating and building new customer relationships
High levels of motivation, resilience and commercial awareness
Ability to analyse data, spot opportunities and manage a pipeline
Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills - clinically and commercially
Tertiary qualification in healthcare or science (advantageous)
Driver’s licence and ability to travel within QLD
