Responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure continuous
operation. Purchases all material required for production including raw materials, packaging materials, tools,
equipment, and other supplies. Develops relationships with suppliers, negotiates prices, and coordinates
logistics. Ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manages inventory levels
and oversees warehouse operations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain
processes. Contributes to cost reduction initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
and implementing process streamlining measures. Monitors KPIs related to procurement, inventory
management, and logistics performance. Reports on progress towards key objectives and provides
recommendations for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure continuous operation.

• Purchase all material required for production including raw materials, packaging materials, tools, equipment, and other supplies.

• Develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and coordinate logistics.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.

• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing process streamlining measures.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, food and beverage) preferred.

Minimum Requirement:

•  High School Diploma or GED
