As aTerritory Manager – Hernia Solutions, you’ll take ownership of a thriving territory coveringCentral Victoria, Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat. You’ll work alongside surgeons and OR teams, driving adoption of BD’s industry-leading hernia repair and soft tissue reconstruction portfolio.

Your Day-to-Day
Drive adoption of BD’s hernia and soft tissue reconstruction portfolio in surgical settings
Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and key decision-makers
Deliver in-theatre education, training, and product demonstrations
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into wins
Manage consignment accounts and ensure effective product utilisation
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise territory performance
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
About You
You’re competitive, driven, and thrive in high-pressure environments. You know how to build relationships and how to leverage them to close deals and grow your territory.
You’ll bring:
Proven success in surgical device sales (OR/theatre experience essential)
A strong track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel
