Job Description Summary
As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst within EMEA region, you will be responsible for supplying goods from source to EDC warehouse, manage service risks & inventory performance, support new product launch / MDD/MDR or other product life cycle related planning. You will work closely with demand planning team to incorporate latest market trend into supply plan, partner with global business unit and global supply team to ensure high customer satisfaction while balance service with cost, also coordinate with regional marketing leads on stock deployment strategy. In addition, you are in charge of supply chain data within region, communicate supply challenges and elaborate regional performance to the counterparts and stakeholders, provide input for SSIOP process to drive risk remediation plan.Job Description

Supply Chain
The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.
Main responsibilities will include:
As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst you will manage stock replenishment into EDC which includes
- Monitor and control right amount of stock quantity / segment / Shelf life flowing into EDC
- Manage purchase order in SAP system to ensure correct replenishment signal
- Prioritize incoming supply to mitigate service risk
- Project and communicate service risks to global and marketing
- Take lead discussing / tracking service / inventory risk mitigation actions with marketing, warehouse and Global team
- Jointly with other parties work on product life cycle management
You will control products deployment towards customers through below actions:
- Determine stock allocation strategy with marketing and act upon agreement
- Provide stock availability information when inquiry raised by customer
- Assist tender management on supply expedition and stock allocation
On top of this, you are responsible for
- Prepare & analyze supply chain metrics , take necessary actin to drive OTIF, BO, Inventory performance
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within the integrated supply chain
- Control supply chain related master data across systems ( SAP, SCM, Kinaxis)
About you
- You have a Master degree in Economics or a Bachelor’s Degree with some first experience in the field;
- You have experience in demand, supply and inventory planning;
- You have had exposure to regional planning and global initiatives (plus);
- You possess strong facilitation, influencing and supporting skills;
- You have excellent process development capabilities.
- You have strong working knowledge of an integrated Planning tool such as SAP SCM;
- You are able to deal with ambiguity, are a continuous and versatile learner and are Self-motivated.
