Program Manager- Strategy and Transformation

Manager- Global Digital Solutions, Strategy and Transformation

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive analytics, operational excellence, and cross-functional transformation across our MedTech supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges through data, leads with influence, and brings deep expertise in healthcare operations and technology.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Project Leadership

• Lead performance analysis across the end-to-end supply chain, uncovering actionable insights to guide Strategy, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Operations.
• Own and drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and scalability.

Operational Excellence & Process Innovation

• Design and institutionalize analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies that enable consistent, data-driven decision-making across global teams.
• Identify and lead process improvement opportunities by challenging legacy systems and deploying scalable, tech-enabled solutions across the MedTech value chain.

Advanced Reporting & Executive Engagement

• Develop and oversee sophisticated dashboards and reporting systems to monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and strategic performance indicators.
• Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Prioritize initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

Innovation, Optimization & Change Management

• Lead efforts to identify opportunities for network optimization, cost reduction, and operational agility.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed analytics into core decision-making processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to build analytical capabilities across the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring seamless execution and accountability across projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degrees in business, engineering, or healthcare analytics preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations—preferably within MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or consulting environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Visual Basic; proficiency in Python and machine learning is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Databricks, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and complex systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating regulated environments and driving transformation in fast-paced, innovation-driven settings.
