Job Description Summary

As Pricing and Contract Specialist you will manage the end-to-end customer pricing offer process, ensuring its correct preparation, follow-up, approval, and upload into the ERP system, as well as coordinating price increases and providing basic support in public tenders and service contracts, in coordination with the relevant departments.

Main responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end management of the commercial offer process
• Management and coordination of price increases
• Price analysis and analytical support to commercial activities
• Coordination with Order Management to ensure alignment between prices, offers, and orders
• Support in public tenders
• Document and contract management
• Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Marketing
• Primary region: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), with potential extension to EMEA
• Fixed term contract 1 year

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Experience in pricing management, commercial offers, or similar functions. Basic experience in public tenders
• Valuable experience in Customer Service and/or Order Management
• Experience in a multinational environment, preferably in medical devices
• German: professional level. English: proficient

Salary range for this role 30000€ - 37000€
