Job Description Summary

In the role of Technical Service Administrator, you will be supporting the go-live and stabilization of multiple system integrations, including but not limited to SAP, ServiceMax, Trackwise, and other connected platforms that enable BD APM Technical Service operations. You will be responsible for proactively delivering on business goals related to the following tasks, and working in closely with global APM Technical Service organization.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support daily operations across integrated platforms including SAP, ServiceMax, Trackwise, and other connected systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system interfaces, resolving integration issues collaborating with IT and global process owners.
  • Support end‑to‑end service case and work order processing to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Assist spare parts logistics including order management, goods movements, and inventory corrections.
  • Provide first‑line support to the Technical Service team during and after system go‑live.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, job aids, and training materials for global team.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities for new system capabilities.
  • Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending solutions to improve system usage and workflows.
  • Analyze operational trends and provide insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support rollout of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with global processes and standards.

About you

  • University degree (IT /Technical related)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP, especially service/inventory related modules (CS/SM, SD, MM).
  • Knowledge of ServiceMax, including work order flows and SFM processes.
  • Ideally some experience with Trackwise system.
  • Ability to work synchronously and asynchronously with global teams across time zones.
  • Ability to create SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with rapid changes during system transitions.
  • Customer-first mindset (internal and external).
  • Familiarity with MS Office package
