Position overview:
This role at BD MMS is responsible for strategic planning overall MMS Japan and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets. 4 other marketing members reporting to this role. Also, this role involves working closely with MMS key leaders (Japan, Regional, and global team) as well as cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and ensure successful commercial implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Develop overall MMS strategy and lead execution.
- Financial analysis: for B to B commercial business execution, research and analyze targeted customers financial state for consultative offering development and implementation.
- Market analysis: oversee and support team to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and customer unmet needs for business growth and management in MMS.
- Team management and coaching: coach marketing members to develop. lead and track project execution closely working with sales team as well as marketing team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
