Main responsabilities will include
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding BD products, services, order status, and account details.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to established procedures. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, advancing complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Experience working with consignment processes and inventory at customer site scenarios.
- Find opportunities to improve customer happiness and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of BD's product portfolio and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
About you
- High school graduate or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably in a healthcare or medical device industry with consignment stock.
- Proficient in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Experience in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite as an user.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and integrity.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare processes is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required by business needs.
Salary range for this role: EUR 30,000
