Job Description Summary

As part of our Global Customer Service (GCS) department, the Power BI Developer / Data Analyst is developing new Power BI – data tools for the Stock Management Team (part of Business Revenue Team) and will be playing a crucial role in building new data tools from scratch in a complex business environment, in analyzing data, in providing data visibility and insights, in driving efficiency and business performance to enable the team taking strategic and important decisions.

Main responsabilities will include:

• Act as the Power BI expert and main reference within the team, owning end‑to‑end BI development.
• Design and build high‑quality dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data models using Power BI Desktop.
• Develop robust semantic models (star schema) with a deep understanding of table relationships and performance optimization.
• Create advanced DAX calculations and ensure efficient data modeling and transformation.
• Integrate and harmonize data from multiple, diverse sources, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Implement row‑level security and follow best practices for governance and access management.
• Ensure reports are low‑maintenance, scalable, and built for long‑term sustainability.
• Optimize datasets through techniques like query folding, incremental refresh, and DirectQuery.
• Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations clearly.
• Work autonomously, managing projects end‑to‑end with strong ownership, prioritization, and delivery discipline.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or related.
• Work experience in Power BI Developer role
• Proficiency with Power BI supporting tools such as DAX Studio, Performance Analyzer, and Tabular Editor / Power BI Report Builder (paginated reports) Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Perfect knowledge of English. Any other European language is a plus
