This exciting role is a new opportunity and will work in a regional environment with a great variety of business segments. You will help to execute a pricing transformation across BD Latam harmonizing processes, improving the governance model and implementing new tools that contribute with margin expansion. Natural of this kind of pricing role, you would also have exposure to many different functional areas of our organization and collaborate closely especially with Business Areas, Finance and IT. You will help to prioritize pricing actions to improve gross profit and mitigate price loss.  In addition, you will help build pricing capabilities and drive best practices across BD Latam. This position of Pricing Excellence Sr Manager role will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategy & Commercial Capabilities Latam and will have the opportunity to have a high impact the organization , working with self-responsibility and visibility on top management level.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
•    In this role you rea responsible for initiatives that improve pricing maturity and ensure that there is standardization and high level of finance acumen within commercial operations. 
•    With your expertise you will drive governance process of pricing components of the business planning cycle, ensure that stakeholders are coordinated, templates created, and expectations set.
•    Work in alignment with BD’s global pricing team to support pricing strategy execution on the region, integrate data and systems, develop capabilities, and ensure integration with finance and business units. 
•    Develop and implement regional pricing road map with TGS support 
•    Stand-up and execute a world-class regional pricing model in a matrix organization for BD and ensure a high-functioning collaboration model with the business units and Hubs; 
•    Establish pricing governance policies and discipline across BD LATAM, including approval processes 
•    Take over responsibility to deliver impact on selected work packages
•    Identify and implement innovative/disruptive pricing models to capture value 
•    Help integrate regional marketing, finance, TGS, sales, legal, commercial teams, in a matrix organization to deliver price, margin expansion, and profitable growth
•    Help lead and support the cultural change management for pricing transformation across the region. 

Qualifications:
•    Strong experience in pricing
•    Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field  
•    Deep knowledge about pricing fundamentals (eg.: price waterfalls concepts, dynamic pricing, channel pricing, etc) and standard pricing analysis 
•    Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross-functional issues
•    Developed leadership skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and lead through influence 
•    Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to synthesize ideas/inputs into a cohesive execution plan
•    Excellent communication skills:  experience working across multiple levels and functions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver messages effectively verbally and in writing
•    Strong track record of establishing and managing complex project plans, driving organizational change, adjusting to changing circumstances, and meeting deadlines
•    Able to work well with global and regional teams, including time zone flexibility
•    Proficient in both written and spoken English. Spanish will be a plus.
