Clinical Specialist - Becton Dickinson Korea Limited

Job Summary

The Clinical Specialist at Becton Dickinson Korea Limited will be responsible for providing expert clinical and technical support for BD's medical devices and solutions to healthcare professionals and sales teams. This role involves educating customers, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the successful adoption and utilization of BD products.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide in-depth clinical and technical product training and education to healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, technicians) on BD's product portfolio through presentations, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
* Act as a subject matter expert for BD products, addressing clinical inquiries, demonstrating proper usage, and ensuring optimal product performance and patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.
* Provide on-site support during product implementation, go-live phases, and advanced troubleshooting for complex clinical scenarios or product issues.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback, clinical data, and market intelligence to contribute to product improvement, development, and marketing strategies.
* Develop and update educational materials, clinical protocols, and best practice guidelines in collaboration with internal teams.
* Participate in professional conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent BD and stay current with clinical trends and competitor activities.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field. Clinical certification or license is a plus (e.g., RN, MT).
* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with hands-on experience utilizing medical devices relevant to BD's product lines (e.g., infusion, diagnostics, surgical, interventional).
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting clinical and technical challenges.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and verbal, is required.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Korea and occasionally internationally as required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
