We are recruiting a Nordic Tender & Operations Specialist to support the integration of a recently acquired business into Becton Dickinson. This role combines responsibilities across tender management and price operations, with a strong focus on ensuring a structured and effective transition during the integration phase.In the initial stage, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to map and align processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how tender, contract, and customer service functions operate. Following the integration, the role will evolve into a broader operational position with ownership of key tender and pricing activities across the Nordic region. This is a varied position suited to someone who is comfortable working both operationally and strategically in a dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Map and document tender and contract management processes within the acquired business
- Collaborate with tender and contract teams to align ways of working with internal processes
- Support tender and contract activities across business units during the integration phase
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to plan and execute integration across customer service, tender, and contract areas
- Manage customer communication related to integration activities
- Coordinate end-to-end tender processes, ensuring clear timelines and accountability
- Compile and review technical, legal, and commercial documentation for submissions
- Administer pricing activities, including system updates, issue resolution, and data accuracy across ERP and contract systems
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
- Experience in tender management, pricing administration, customer service, or similar process-driven roles
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Clear and effective communication skills when working across functions and geographies
- Fluent in English and Swedish; additional Nordic language skills are beneficial
