We are looking for a new colleague for a 1-year temporary position with possibility for extension as Tender and Contract Paralegal Nordics. You will be a key player in our Nordic Tender Team. This role works as Subject Matter Expert on the legal aspects of public tendering but ad hoc paralegal support in other areas is also part of the scope. Main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing public tender documentation to identify key clauses and assess legal and commercial risk
- Providing legal input throughout the tender process, including drafting questions to contracting authorities
- Supporting legal procedures related to public procurement activities
- Reviewing and commenting on commercial contract drafts, including proposing clarifications or alternative wording
- Sharing relevant legal information within the Nordic organisation to support informed decision-making
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of tender-related processes from a paralegal perspective
- Supporting additional paralegal tasks as required within the wider legal scope
About you:
- Degree in law from Sweden or another Nordic country
- A background in law and/or public procurement is preferred, ideally gained in a similar role. However, we also welcome motivated fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionnel proficiency in Swedish and English. Any additional Nordic language would be an asset.
- Analytical mentality with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex legal documentation
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a Nordic team. Your proactivity will make you stand out.
