Job Summary
The Account Manager for South Luzon will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for BD's portfolio within the South Luzon region. This role focuses on developing strategic account plans and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business objectives within the South Luzon territory.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, purchasing departments, laboratory managers, and clinicians.
* Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and increase market share for BD products and solutions.
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers to effectively communicate the value proposition of BD's offerings.
* Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable terms for the company.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to internal teams for product development and marketing strategies.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales landscape in the Philippines, particularly in South Luzon.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse customer profiles.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the South Luzon region.
