Job Description Summary

We are seeking a passionate and clinically experienced Clinical Specialist with a nursing background to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the clinical use of medical devices, collaborating with medical societies on educational initiatives and consensus development, updating clinical guidelines and training materials, evaluating product-related feedback, and supporting new product launches with localized clinical insights and promotional content.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support related to product usage, including guidance on appropriate application, troubleshooting, and post-use follow-up.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand clinical needs and offer expert guidance.
  • Plan and deliver product training programs for both internal teams and external healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and clinical application.
  • Support the sales team with clinical expertise during product promotion and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with medical societies to organize educational events, workshops, and consensus statement development.
  • Regularly monitor and review local and international clinical guidelines and research trends, updating internal and external training materials accordingly.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations of product-related feedback, including adverse events or complaints, to help identify potential contributing factors and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • During new product launches, assist in collecting Taiwan-specific clinical usage data, co-develop local clinical experience with hospital customers, and contribute to the design of promotional and educational materials tailored to the local market.
  • Gather clinical feedback and market insights to support product optimization and strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and professional credibility.

Qualifications

  • Nursing background required (RN license preferred), with hands-on clinical experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus; nurses seeking a career transition are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in hospital environments and adapting to flexible schedules.
  • Proficient in English, capable of reading medical literature and communicating with global colleagues.
  • Experience in organizing medical society activities or clinical consensus development is a strong advantage.
