Job Responsibilities
* Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities within the healthcare sector.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and validate new product concepts.
* Translate market requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic value, market impact, and resource availability.
* Manage the product backlog, ensuring proper grooming and readiness for development sprints.
* Oversee product launch activities, including GTM strategy development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation.
* Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to continuously improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
* Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical industries.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products from concept to end-of-life.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and Agile development methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret market intelligence and customer insights.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., TFDA, Reimbursement policy) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
