Job Description Summary

Support BD APM BU marketing and sales team administrative work, sales operation, event related compliance approval submission, business report analytics and Healthcare customer purchase cycle process (bidding, tendering, contract...etc.)

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Self-starter who develops and deploys best practices, cooperate with BDX function to best support BU sales and marketing team to drive business, is highly accountable, and delivers above expectations
  • Support direct hospital accounts quotation, bidding, tendering and contract process and filing
  • Schedules international and domestic travel for Taiwan BD APM members; maintains up-to-date weekly and monthly meeting calendar and meeting venue; ensures that APM team is informed at all times of scheduled BU meeting
  • Co-work with marketing team to coordinates conferences, meetings and events by coordinating calendars, scheduling catering, also assist compliance approval submission (Cvnet, ECLM) and payment (Coupa) request submission
  • Develops and distributes sales report analytics and reporting to assist field sales and sales leadership in tracking key performance indicators and trends
  • Provides effective support for the field sales team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
  • Optimizes the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes as needed
  • Utilizes Power BI and available Business Intelligence reporting tools to deliver intuitive analyses to the field
  • Participates in organizational special projects as they arise
  • Understand and capable of basic CRM entry level operation as backup person for customer service before BD ECC ERP SAP go live in Nov. 2026

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, marketing, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales support, Pharma and medical device experience preferred
  • Experience supporting a sales organization
  • Strong data analysis skills; able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance
  • Self-starter with clear focus
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Team player with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales; able to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to balance short-term urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Beginner-level skills in Power BI reports

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Microsoft Power BI experience
  • At least 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Prior experience working in Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales Compensation
