Job Description Summary
The Digital LMS Architect & Analyst supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of our digital learning ecosystem. This role focuses on building and maintaining digital literacy curricula, supporting learner experience pathways, and contributing to the front-end design and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS). This position is ideal for an innovative learning professional with a background in hands-on instructional design, innovative LMS capabilities, and curating learning experiences.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Digital Literacy Curriculum & Learning Pathways
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of digital literacy learning content and curricula.
- Support the hands-on development of learner experience pathways aligned to learner needs, skill levels, and organizational goals.
- Assist in mapping content to skills frameworks, competency models, or learning outcomes.
LMS Front-End Support & Learning Experience
- Support configuration and front-end management of the LMS, ensuring a positive and intuitive learner experience.
- Assist with organizing learning content, playlists, learning paths, and navigation structures.
- Test and validate LMS features to ensure usability, functionality, and accessibility.
Digital Content & Learning Tools
- Partner with content creators to develop, upload, and manage digital learning assets (e.g., self-paced modules, microlearning, blended experiences).
- Support the implementation of innovating learning tools such as learning agents, chatbots, or adaptive learning features
- Apply learning design best practices to ensure content is engaging and learner-centered.
Learning Technology & Innovation
- Assist in researching and evaluating learning technologies and digital learning trends.
- Participate in pilots or prototypes of new learning tools and experiences.
- Stay informed about best practices in digital learning, LMS platforms, and workforce upskilling.
Data, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze learner feedback, usage data, and engagement metrics.
- Build reporting mechanisms on learning effectiveness and learner experience outcomes.
- Recommend incremental improvements to learning pathways and LMS experiences based on insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Systems, Digital or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital learning, training, instructional design, or developmental learning roles.
- Hands-on experience working with an LMS or learning experience platform.
- Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital literacy or workforce upskilling initiatives.
- Familiarity with emerging learning technologies (AI-enabled learning tools, adaptive platforms, LXPs).
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience using learning analytics or reporting tools.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and learning practices.
