Job Description Summary

The Conversational AI DevOps Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and monitoring of conversational systems. This role requires a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and DevOps practices. Key responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, performing technical reviews, supporting testing and analytics, and contributing to solution architecture and system reliability. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), supporting CI/CD pipelines, follow best practices in coding, DevOps, and conversational AI design to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions, and enhancing analytics and monitoring capabilities.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain conversational AI solutions, ensuring stability and adherence to standards. 
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for technical issues and deliver bug-fixes/enhancements to existing projects, following best practices.  
  • Apply NLU tuning (e.g., utterances, intents, entities) to improve bot performance. 
  • Design and oversee the DevOps strategy for conversational AI systems. 
  • Familiarize with and use testing tools to execute functional, regression, integration, and usability tests. 
  • Manage reported incidents, support tickets, and escalations. 
  • Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for bots in production. 
  • Detect defects and identify opportunities for improvement using data insights. 
  • Understand and improve dashboards and analytics pipelines. 
  • Support troubleshooting of deployment issues and system performance. 
  • Design and maintain technical architectures, conversational flows, integrations, and system diagrams. 
  • Translate high-level solution designs into actionable developer tasks. 
  • Lead development activities, delegate tasks, and ensure deliverables meet standards. 
  • Act as a mentor to developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and support. 
  • Facilitate UAT with business stakeholders to ensure proper validation of solutions. 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or conversational AI systems. 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira). 
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Amelia). 
  • Advanced English proficiency
