About Us
Since 1996, BD has been growing rapidly in Poland, starting with our first office in Warsaw. In 2013, we expanded by opening a Shared Service Center in Wroclaw, later relocating to the Wroclaw Business Garden to support our continued growth.
Today, BD Polska is home to over 500 associates, including field-based professionals across the country. We support diverse functions and teams around the globe, contributing to BD’s mission of advancing the world of healthTM.
In the past year, we have begun our transformation from a Shared Service Center into a Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This shift reflects our evolving role in delivering integrated, scalable, and strategic support to BD’s global operations.

Our sites
Warsaw
Our Warsaw office is the hub for the Sales, Marketing, Administration, Technical Service and Customer Service departments. Many associates work in the field, maintaining close contact with our customers. The office reflects BD’s people-first culture, with ergonomic workstations, collaborative meeting spaces and a friendly, inclusive atmosphere making it a great place to grow, connect, and make an impact.
Wroclaw
Located in the Business Garden complex, our Wroclaw office offers modern and associate-friendly amenities, such as adjustable desks, additional monitors, coffee corners, fully equipped kitchens, and relaxation areas. Massage chairs and regular visits from a professional masseur add to the comfort. Weekly snacks, cafeteria meals and associate-selected coffee enhance the experience. We have well-equipped conference rooms and delicious coffee selected by our employees. While we enjoy working together in the office, Fridays are typically remote workdays.
