About us
Our plant was founded in 1996. Since BD's acquisition in 2017, we have been evolving and growing our team to 480 associates. Our legacies are angioplasty devices for the treatment of Peripheral & Coronary artery disease. In the last years, thanks to our in-house R&D team, we have diversified the offering. We design, develop and manufacture innovative and exciting minimally invasive medical devices associated with peripheral artery disease, diabetes, surgical procedures, and oncology. Our teams bring to the market great novel solutions, as well as keep developing internal equipment allowing us to be flexible.
We can be proud of our first to market solutions - for example, a thin-walled introducer sheath for peripheral artery or venous procedures, an innovative design replacing a surgical fistula, or the plant-based fabric enabling blood absorption within minutes. Our offer help in various complex cases, and these are just a few of them. This exciting growth entails the development of bench-top test methods and preclinical test protocols to ensure a better design of our products. For you, this means the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale, both on-site and collaborating with people from around the world.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Being a large business in the local community, each year we undertake a wide range of initiatives improving lives. We have implemented changes to reduce our energy consumption by around 20% on-site through innovative technologies or controls. Our active engagement with local schools gives the unique opportunity to accommodate students on work experience. We also partner with our local charities to assist them in our great work such as Special Olympics Ireland, Slaney Search and Rescue, St Senan’s Primary School, and the Wexford Children’s Diabetic Unit.
