Overview:

The ZebraSci (a subsidiary under BD Pharm Systems) Business Process Coordinator will report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for tracking and monitoring service execution activities across various functions. This role will also support the Business Development team in managing existing client accounts and driving the development of new opportunities within the parenteral drug delivery space.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate internal and external activities with the cross-functional team, track and report on regular basis progress of key landmarks delivery 

  • Support with preparation of customer proposals, quotes and statements of work with company technical experts to support customer combination product development requirements 

  • Drive purchase order execution activities and manage/support purchase order kick-off with customer and cross-functional team when needed 

  • Support deal structure and pricing with business/market-based value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals along the sales team

  • Support development and improvement of Services processes and tools with the support of the adequate functions 

  • Establish working relationships with customer contacts as needed  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA with a background in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related technical or scientific field.

  • 3+ years of industrial experience in a pharmaceutical/ biotech organization with combination product or device industry knowledge.

  • 2+ years Technical and industry knowledge in drug delivery or medical devices

  • 2 + years in a highly customer centric role applying excellent interpersonal & customer-facing skills.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Offer: Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project

  • History of using highly analytical abilities to synthesize complex and diverse information

  • Experienced in successful group presentations and conducting meetings, able to clearly articulate verbally to an audience.

  • Track record of identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner and gathering and analyzing information skillfully.

  • Willing to travel 5%. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce experience.

  • Knowledge in project management including planning, budget and resources management, PMP certification.
