Job Description Summary

The Platform Leader, Targeted Temperature Management is responsible for driving profitable growth globally while managing cross-functional requirements of the platform.  This position is responsible for the platform P&L and will lead the development and execution of the global strategy; working closely with regional commercial leaders to optimize and accelerate commercial performance.

In addition, this position will be responsible for cross-functional delivery of KPIs including, but not limited to, innovation and pipeline prioritization and execution, quality priorities, and supply chain readiness. 

Platform Leadership

• • Lead the platform reviews, meetings, and alignment across functions.
  • Responsible for delivering a balanced P&L, achieving topline revenue commitments while delivering GP and income targets.
  • Prioritization of projects and ensuring on-time execution of programs.
  • Build and nurture a positive culture across sites.

Global Strategy

• • Develop a global strategy, prioritization, and tactics for the TTM portfolio.
  • Partners with regional leaders for alignment and execution of strategic priorities
  • Ensure cross-functional support of New Product Development (NPD) releases, sustaining programs, geographic expansion, and supply chain continuity.
  • Hires, develops, and retains talent

Execution and Tactics

• • Execute key strategic initiatives including targeting, positioning, value proposition, and pricing governance.
  • Maintains close communication with regional leaders, countries, and platform product marketers.
  • Provides cross-functional engagement to ensure seamless execution in country (regulatory, quality, supply chain)
  • Builds a best-in-class marketing organization comprising of global marketers and US region marketers.

We are seeking a strong global leader with extensive experience (10+ years) in cross-functional leadership roles in the medical device industry. MBA preferred. Key to success in this role be the ability to work cross functionally and across regions. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will also have:

• • Strategic mindset, result orientation, high level of personal accountability, growth mindset.
  • Excellent experience in strategic planning and commercial operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen. 
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, growth mindset, and resilience in the face of obstacles
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products.
  • Ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to foster understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority, diverse cultural perspective, and global mindset.

Location and Travel:

• • Covington, GA, USA office
  • Travel 25-40%
