Job Description

Job Highlights:

The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PRS)Area Specialist role is a US, regionally based marketing position that partners closely withthe Area Business Manager andinternal stakeholders to best serve and advocate for the PRS customer.  The PRSArea Specialistassumes ownership of the PRS customer experience and ensures customer needs are metthroughremoteandonsiteaccount management. Additionally, the PRSArea Specialistis a brand ambassador in the US, responsible for building a foundation forthe futuregrowth and introductions in the PRS market.

PRS Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Manages PRS customer accounts in US regionas assigned

  • Virtually interfaceswith accounts via telcon, email,text/phone, as well as in-personas needed.

  • Responds to and/orstreamlinesaccount inquiries to theappropriate internalpartners, such asArea Business Manager, Medical ScienceLiaison,orderentry, billing resolution, complaint management, etc.

  • Provides orientation to existing customers and new accounts on best practices for product ordering and payment processes

  • Works collaboratively with internal partners(Area Business Manager, Contracts)toestablishnew accounts and pricing contracts

  • Resolves pricing discrepancies with customer and PRS customer care andestablishes/renewspricing contracts for existing customers

  • Facilitates urgent/last minute order fulfillment, via trunk stock

  • Coordinates product returns and works with internal team to refund or credit customersin a timely manner

  • Acts as product expert and responds to product inquiries from customers and directs inquiries toMedicalAffairs, as appropriate

  • Supportsaccounts and adviseson product sizing, storage requirements, etc., according to the instructions for use

  • Follows up on trade show leads, proactively reaches out to new accounts

  • Fulfills product literature requests and distributes collateral, guides, and content asrequired

  • Connects billing issues with AR counterparts

  • Escalatescustomer issues for PRS leadership decision

  • Usesanalytical tools toprovidecustomer insights to update, track, and plan performance

  • Participatesin continued education and compliance aroundappropriate commercialexecution

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired

  • Minimum of 2 yearscorporate environment experience  required

  • High integrity and ethics

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and creative skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, anddemonstratedability to build effective working relationships across company functional areas

  • Self-starter and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to travel (up to40%) domestically in US, to include overnights

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information

$91,500.00 - $146,300.00 USD Annual
