Au sein de notre Centre de la Relation Client basé à Grenoble, vous jouerez un rôle clé à l’interface entre nos clients (hôpitaux, laboratoires), la supply chain et les équipes internes, en garantissant un haut niveau de service, de fiabilité et de satisfaction client.
