Description des missions :
- Support du service pour assurer le traitement et l’exécution des commande client BDM-PS pour les comptes EMEA depuis la communication client jusqu’à la facturation.
- Support du service pour répondre aux demandes des vendeurs dans le cadre du développement de l’activité sur les nouveaux pays et/ou pays existants pour les prospects.
- Support au Responsable de Projet EMEA/NA sur les projets nécessitant des applications dans des bases de tests, support à la mise en place des nouveaux outils dans le service (amélioration continue).
