Job Description Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Intern supports the Surgery EMEA Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring timely regulatory compliance and market access for BD products across the EMEA region. The role involves supporting the maintenance of regulatory systems and databases, contributing to impact assessments related to product and regulatory changes, and assisting in the preparation and submission of registration and notification dossiers in collaboration with Country Regulatory Affairs teams. The intern may also support product release activities in line with local registration status, contributes to regulatory reporting and dashboards, and participates in additional regulatory projects to support business priorities.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the support and regular updating of the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system, internal EMEA Registration databases, Tools and RA-related project trackers.
  • Supporting the Urology and Critical Care/Surgery Power BI dashboards.
  • Contributing to the assessment and execution of impact assessments related to product and regulatory changes across the EMEA region to ensure continued regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting in assembling Registration and Notification Dossiers that meet local requirements. Supporting their submission to Regulatory Agencies by working with Country RA.
  • Helping with the release of BD products in accordance with their registration and approval status across EMEA markets.
  • Participating in additional regulatory projects and assignments as needed.

About you

  • Preferably with Scientific educational background.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for regulatory affairs and the medical technology sector.
  • Fluent English.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases and project management tools.

Salary for this role 950€ monthly
