- Manage interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in full compliance with MedTech regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Ensure a professional, consistent, and impactful company presence across all customer-facing activities, events, and communications.
- Coordinate the planning, localization, adaptation, and distribution of marketing and educational materials, ensuring relevance and accessibility for local Dutch- and French-speaking audiences.
- Support sales teams by providing compliant and effective marketing tools and materials to drive customer engagement in the field.
- Gather and analyze customer, event, market, and competitor insights to identify trends, improve engagement strategies, and support continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Clinical teams, and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and flawless execution of projects and activities.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions for marketing and educational initiatives.
- Track budgets related to events and activities, monitor participation and engagement metrics, and contribute to performance reporting and ROI analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall program impact.
