We are the people who give possibilities purpose
BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.
Job Description
At BD, possibility isn’t an idea. It’s what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
As Product Manager – Peripheral Vascular, you’ll step into a clinically specialised portfolio where product strategy is shaped through close engagement with interventional specialists and key opinion leaders.
You’ll work across ANZ to drive positioning, performance and growth - translating clinical insight into commercially relevant outcomes.
Partnering closely with Sales, Clinical and global teams, you’ll play a central role in ensuring BD’s portfolio meets the evolving needs of the interventional community.
This is a role for someone already embedded in the Peripheral Vascular, Endovascular or Interventional Cardiology space, who brings credibility, clinical understanding and established stakeholder relationships.
Your Day‑to‑Day
You will combine strategic ownership with hands‑on delivery across product and portfolio activity.
You will:
- Own and drive execution of product strategy, positioning and roadmap
- Engage directly with KOLs and interventional specialists to shape product direction and support adoption
- Analyse market trends, clinical insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Translate strategy into field execution in partnership with Sales, Clinical and Marketing teams
- Lead product launches, updates and lifecycle management
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to optimise outcomes
- Act as the go‑to point for product knowledge across internal stakeholders
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting and portfolio performance reviews
- Ensure all product activity aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements
This is a highly visible role where your ability to connect clinical insight with commercial execution will directly influence outcomes.
About You
You bring both strong product capability and deep understanding of the interventional clinical environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in Product Management within the medical device industry
- Experience in Peripheral Vascular, Endovascular or Interventional Cardiology markets
- Established relationships or strong familiarity with KOLs and interventional clinicians
- Or experience as an Associate Product Manager with true end‑to‑end portfolio ownership
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare and interventional landscape
- Ability to turn data and clinical insight into clear product strategy
- Experience managing product lifecycle and launches
- Confidence working cross‑functionally across Sales, Clinical and Marketing teams
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
Why BD?

With over 70,000 associates worldwide, we’re committed to developing careers. Here in ANZ, a high percentage of roles are filled internally - we don’t just promise growth, we deliver it.
You’ll work on a clinically specialised portfolio with direct access to key opinion leaders and the opportunity to influence product strategy across both ANZ and global teams.
Because at BD, possibility isn’t just imagined — it’s made.
What’s In It for You
- Ownership of a defined Peripheral Vascular portfolio
- Direct engagement with leading interventional clinicians and KOLs
- Influence over product strategy and clinical adoption
- Exposure across ANZ and global stakeholders
- A high‑visibility role within a collaborative, cross‑functional team
