Job Description

Role Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for leading night‑shift production to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The role provides on‑shift leadership, drives operational performance, and supports team capability while maintaining safety, quality, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

Enforce ESO submission & closure.
Lead toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and stop unsafe work.
Escalate incidents and support investigations and corrective actions.

Production Operations

Execute production plans to meet output, schedule, and service targets.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively.
Monitor output, downtime, and scrap and initiatives to understand the root cause
Ensure clear and effective shift handovers.

Quality Management

Ensure products meet defined quality standards.
Enforce SOP and inspection compliance.

People Leadership

Lead, coach, and support production associates.
Assign tasks, manage attendance, and uphold discipline.

Equipment & Downtime

Support basic troubleshooting and escalate breakdowns.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Technical teams.
Ensure correct start‑up, changeover, shutdown, and housekeeping practices.


Communication & Coordination

Communicate production status, risks, and issues clearly.
Ensure accurate and timely production output & downtime issue


Working Arrangement
Permanent night shift: candidates must be able to commit to night‑shift hours.
