Job Description

Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Unterstützung von System-Schnittstellen zu/von BD.

• Durchführung technischer Anforderungsanalysen von BD-Lösungen mit dem Kunden.

• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Lösungsgesprächen zur Definition des technischen Umfangs.

• Installation und Support von Schnittstellensoftware (Bereitstellung von VMs, Installation von MSI-Dateien und/oder schlüsselfertigen Lösungen), um die Projektzeitpläne einzuhalten.

• Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern zur Priorisierung und Risikobewertung projektbezogener Aufgaben.

• Einhaltung aller Richtlinien und Verfahren für Systemingenieure.

• Entwicklung von Lösungen für eine Vielzahl technischer Probleme mittlerer Komplexität.

• Sicherstellung der Stabilität und Aktualisierung von Schnittstellen für alle zugewiesenen Kunden.

• Bereitstellung von Helpdesk- und Remote-Support für Kunden/Distributoren.

• Unterstützung bei System-Upgrades im Zusammenhang mit Schnittstellen.

• Weitergabe von Produktfeedback, technischen Erkenntnissen und Kundenanforderungen an die Produktentwicklung.

• Aktive Einhaltung der Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems.

Anforderungen:

• Abschluss in Informatik oder nachgewiesene erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich (fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows, Datenbanken, serverbasierten Lösungen, VMs, Netzwerkadministration oder einer Kombination davon).

• Erfahrung mit sicheren Infrastrukturlösungen.

• Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Unternehmensmaßstab unter Einhaltung interner Standards.

• Fähigkeit zur Fernunterstützung von Kunden (z. B. über VPN, RDP etc.).

• Erfahrung mit Remote-Management-Plattformen zur Anwendungsbereitstellung und -prüfung.

• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung.

• Zusammenarbeit mit agilen, interdisziplinären Teams zur Umsetzung von Integrationsanforderungen.

• Erfahrung in semi-autonomen Teams mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden.

• Fähigkeit, Aufgaben unter engen Zeitvorgaben mit exzellenter Dokumentation zu erledigen.

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Eine dritte Sprache (Französisch oder Spanisch) ist von Vorteil.

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

• Gültiger Führerschein und Reisepass.

• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas und international (geschätzter Reiseanteil mit Übernachtung: 10 %).

Das genaue Gehalt ist abhängig von der Erfahrung. Entsprechend dem Kollektivvertrag bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 44.450 pro Jahr. Abhängig von Kenntnissen und Erfahrung bieten wir natürlich entsprechende Überzahlung.
