• Independently oversee multiple projects ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Utilize strong understanding of core business and technical strategies to deliver best business outcomes.
• Develop and deploy high quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams across the enterprise to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team.
• Facilitate and lead design workshops ensuring alignment with business goals while maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) Pega capabilities.
• Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP and middleware.
• Serve as a steward for solution scope, preventing scope creep and unnecessary customization.
• Build Pega Blueprints aligned with end-to-end business processes and case lifecycle design.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and Pega development teams, ensuring traceability and quality throughout delivery.
• Drive process optimization using Pega’s decisioning, automation, and case management features.
• Mentor junior analysts and architects on Pega methodologies and best practices.
• Support integration with automation, AI, and data platforms within broader enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Contribute to solution proposals and demonstrations as part of pre-sales or business development initiatives.
• Design, plan, and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration, UAT) aligned to Pega guardrails and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as ALM.
• Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with robust testing integration.
• Document test results, defects, and quality metrics with strong attention to detail.
