Job Summary:

AsaSenior Manager (Software Delivery Lead)you willdrive the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with product roadmaps and business strategy within our MMS R&D organization. This role leads cross-functionallocalteams in new product development and sustaining activities for Pharma automation platforms, ensuring product quality,security, maintainability, and usability. You will define scope, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration withglobal teamscomprisingofarchitects, engineers, and product owners. You willoversee progress, mitigate risks, and ensuretimelyreleases while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Managing a team of ~15 software engineers and technical leads across domains such as FSD, DevOps,Dataanalyticsand Databases,in afast-pacedAgile SCRUM based development environment. You will own day-to-day operations,policy adherence,performancemgmt. /career development,driveexecution excellence&contributetoteam growth at TCI.

Job Responsibilities:(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

  • Provide technical leadership and people management for delivery teams, including software engineers, DevOps engineers, and data analysts.

  • Establish processes andbest practices in the teamto deliverSWreleases aligned with product and technology roadmaps.

  • Recruit, develop, andretainhigh-performing talent; provide mentorship and regular performance feedback.

  • Drive Agile (SAFe)practices fordesign reviews, work breakdown, code reviews, and quality metrics.

  • Collaborate on technicalstrategyfor new features andassistteams in producing design artifacts.

  • Partnercloselywith global teams to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to standards.

  • Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.

Education:

BE/BTech ComputerScience/Information technology/Electronics,Master'sdegree preferred.


Experience

  • At least13 years of proven SW development experience, withatleast3 years managing 10+ size teamsin R & D/product development companies only

  • Hands on Engineering Manager -Should have progressed organically through the technical career path, advancing from anICrole to a managerial position.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to leadTech Leads &SW engineers acrossdiverse domains such asFSD, DevOps&Data Analytics 

  • Demonstrated analytical, decision making,prioritizationand problem-solving skills.

  • Is result oriented and thrivesonIntegrity,Agility & bias for action to driveteamexcellence 

  • Strong business acuity and customer centricity.

  • Technical skills: 

  • ProgrammingLanguages& Frameworks: C#, .NET, SQL, Angular, Tableau/Power BI

  • Methodologies:SAFe, Agile

  • DevOps & CI/CD:Azure DevOps,Microservices architecture, automation pipelines/databricks

  • Project/Program Management: Proven experience in delivery planning and execution

  • People Management: Strong ability to lead and motivate diverse technical teams
