Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the medical portfolio, including channel and distributor management, sales management, and people development.
- Drive the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and related business goals for the medical platform.
- Collaborate with SEA regional and provide leadership to the country marketing teams for developing and executing marketing and business plans, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
- Lead and manage all marketing activities, including market research, new product launches, pricing strategies, marketing communications, and regional event planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, hospital administrators, key opinion leaders, and industry associations to shape relevant policy and clinical guidelines.
- Oversee sales performance, ensuring achievement of budgeted targets, consistent growth, and effective tracking of in-market and secondary sales.
- Ensure adherence to commercial processes, pricing norms, and compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
- Guide and empower the sales and marketing teams, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of accountability and development.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; healthcare background and MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years in a Product Manager/Marketing Manager or managerial sales role.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, channel management, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong marketing strategy, planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent relationship management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam.
- Proficiency in English.
