Job Title: Clinical Connect Program Specialist
Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution: Drive the development and delivery of BD Clinical Connect offerings, including live, virtual, and on-demand training leveraging digital platforms and tools to align with BD product portfolios.
Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with external partners such as Fulcrum, Conexiant, Meta, Kinetic Vision, and Pfiedler to coordinate immersive training experiences, including virtual reality and continuing education modules.
Content Development: Create and manage clinical education materials tailored to nursing and clinical audiences across Acute Urology, Home Care and TTM. Emphasis on integrating digital formats and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.
Virtual Reality Training: Support the design and deployment of VR-based training, ensuring clinical accuracy, engagement, and alignment with the BD Clinical Connect immersive learning goals. Support and ongoing development of the VR commercial leasing program.
Webinar Management: Plan, host, and optimize clinical webinars, including speaker coordination, platform setup, audience engagement strategies, and post-event analytics and follow-up to enhance reach and impact.
Customer Support & Excellence: Provide high-touch support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction with BD Clinical Connect platforms. Help foster Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the marketing and medical affairs team when appropriate.
Platform Integration: Organize and maintain training assets across BD Clinical Connect’s three segments of Core, Compass, and Continuum.
Performance Monitoring: Track usage, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve platform effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Solutions Managers, and Commercial Excellence to align content and platform strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical or nursing field, preferably in acute or critical care; direct patient care or prior experience in the medical device industry will be taken into consideration.
Experience in clinical education, instructional design, or digital health platforms.
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Familiarity with virtual reality or immersive learning technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with content development tools and learning management systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with external vendors in healthcare education or technology.
Knowledge of BD product portfolio in Urology and Critical Care.
Understanding of adult learning principles and clinical competency frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
Veeva training for MLR (medical, legal, and regulatory) review of content created.

Other Requirements:
Travel time: Up to 25-30%, including overnight travel.
