This role focuses on the implementation & integration of a wide range of MMS (Medication Management Systems) and IT-based healthcare solutions, ensuring seamless integration into clinical environments.
You will work closely with customers to deliver high-quality solutions, provide user training, ensure technical compatibility, and maintain high levels of user satisfaction. The position also involves offering advanced technical support and ongoing maintenance services.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with extensive travel—up to 80% within the Benelux region—and be passionate about healthcare technology, customer engagement, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to apply product and technology expertise, ensuring successful solution delivery.
• Manage and understand client expectations to ensure succesfull deployment of our applications.
• Deliver user training on products and technologies to ensure effective adoption.
• Integrate products and services into client systems and workflows.
• Provide technical support to existing clients, both onsite and remotely.
• Communicate technical information clearly and ensure client understanding.

About you

• Solid experience in healthcare IT, with knowledge of HL7 messaging, API Rest integration, web applications, or system integration.
• Understanding of pharmacy workflows or clinical experience is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.
