オンコロジー営業部は癌に関わる医療従事者のベストパートナーとして患者さんのQOL(生活の質)の向上に貢献しています。
その製品群は、グローバルな環境でトップシェアを誇っており、癌に関わる検査から治療においてデバイスやサービスを包括的に提供しております。
オンコロジー営業部は、医療従事者へ幅広い情報提供を行い、検査から治療に携わるデバイス(CVポート・生検針・ブラキソース等)を扱い、患者さんの癌治療に寄り添い、寄与していると実感することが出来ます。私たちはオンコロジー領域のエキスパートとして医療従事者と患者さんを繋ぐ責任を負い従事しています。一緒に高みをめざしてくれる人材を募集しています。
採用の目的:
事業部活動⽅針に沿い、担当エリアの戦略を⽴案し実⾏していただきます。個人の責任範囲が多く、エリアマネジメントを任される大きなやりがいのある仕事です。ご自身の活動が医療従事者含め多くの人への貢献に繋がっていくことを実感できます。
主な職務内容:
- 事業部活動⽅針の遂⾏
- エリア戦略の⽴案および実⾏
- 代理店マネジメント
- 学会/地域セミナー/勉強会等のサポート
- リモートでのプロモーション
求める職務要件:
- 営業経験を3年以上有する方
- 医療機器メーカーもしくはその他メーカーでの経験のある方は尚可
- 多くの場面でのプレゼン経験のある方
- 顧客への動機づけを行える提案型営業経験をお持ちの方
- 規律を順守できる方
- 前向きに物事を考え行動にうつせる方
- 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
