Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

Au sein du site de Grenoble (38), vous intégrerez le service Marketing de l’unité MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions)

Support marketing :

• Etablissement de l’Index DM durable pour l'ensemble des gammes de produits
• Catalogue des produits : réflexion sur la mise en page, validation réglementaire
• Participation à la campagne "Care Beyond Hospital"
• Fiches techniques : aide à la traduction et validation réglementaire, gestion du dossier partagé en ligne

Support opérationnel :

• Création des Demande d’Achat et PO
• Création des profils Aravo
• Création des MPR
• Support ponctuel pour l’aide à la réservation des transports en cas d’évènements significatifs

Formation : bachelor/ Licence ou Master 2

Aptitudes :

•       Bonne maîtrise d’excel.

•       Bon niveau d’anglais pour une collaboration au quotidien avec les équipes Europe.

•       Organisé(e) et structuré(e) pour gérer certaines activités en autonomie.

•       Compétences en communication : aptitude à travailler en équipe, à communiquer clairement et à influencer les parties prenantes.
