  • Identify unmet clinical needs and shape the market through therapy education, solution-based positioning, and clinical adoption pathways.

  • Build robust business cases for channel expansion, geography expansion, and new therapy introduction.

II. Marketing Execution and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop product technical dossiers, tender specifications, and clinical differentiation to protect and grow portfolio access.

  • Support tender strategy, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations in coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and execute marketing programs including workshops, symposia, trainings, and therapy awareness initiatives.

  • Partner with distributors to drive demand generation activities and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Lead reimbursement execution projects as assigned.

  • Lead product and clinical training for distributor sales teams and key hospital stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing and Clinical teams to ensure strong and consistent product messaging.

III. Strategic Account & Tender Management

  • Drive IMS sales growth and execution of strategic priorities.

  • Lead strategic account planning for key hospitals and centers of excellence within UCC/Surgery.

  • Own tender strategy and execution, including specification setting, pricing strategy, tender defense, and post-tender follow-up.

  • Act as a trusted partner to key decision-makers including hospital directors, department heads, and clinical champions.

IV. Distributor Management

  • Evaluate, appoint, and manage distributors to ensure optimal coverage, capability, and performance for UCC/Surgery portfolios.

  • Lead joint business planning, review performance metrics, and drive continuous capability improvement with partners.

  • Ensure distributor compliance with BD policies, ethical standards, tender governance, and operational excellence.

  • Support the Strategic Segment Leader in distributor strategy, performance management, and corrective action plans.

V. Reporting, Analytics, and Support to Strategic Segment Leader

  • Track and analyze IMS sales performance, tender outcomes, launch KPIs, and market penetration.

  • Generate insights on market trends, competitor dynamics, and pricing evolution to inform strategic decisions.

  • Develop dashboards, business reviews, and analytical reports to support the Strategic Segment Leader.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize portfolio strategy and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial Strategy within the medical device industry.

  • Strong exposure to new product launches, market shaping, and portfolio expansion.

  • Solid understanding of Vietnam healthcare system, hospital operations, tender processes, and reimbursement landscape.

  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization is highly preferred.
